Track your bus
Our website has an incredible track my bus feature for all our travellers. Click on Find My Bus icon, register (if not done so already) and enter your ticket reference number to live track your bus on its journey.
Greyhounds service and communication does not stop at purchasing your bus ticket. Greyhound continually keeps passengers informed via sms should there be a delay in service. Should there be any changes on your service, our team will notify you – please remember to include your correct cellphone number when booking.
When travelling onboard our busses, you are permitted to take two suitcases not exceeding 80cm x 60cm x 30cm in size, of a total mass not exceeding 30kg. However, should a passenger need to take larger items or additional luggage, this is permitted subject to space availability and at a fare per kilogram.
